About us
Chubby Co Studio started in 2015, when Rowan Stacey began making personalised hats for local sports teams as a college side project. Today, we’re a full-service design and sourcing studio working with brands including Red Bull, White Claw and Barry’s Bootcamp.
We create products that feel like your brand — custom fabrics, colours, fits and original graphics, rather than just a logo on a blank.
Alongside the studio, Rowan has built ecommerce brands and worked with Wayflyer to operate an ecommerce business. Based between London and Dublin, we bring that hands-on experience to brands, businesses and creators.

Fully bespoke
Cut-and-sew production with manufacturers in Portugal and Turkey. Custom fabrics, Pantone colours and fits, tailored to your brand.
