Chubby Co Studio was created by Rowan Stacey in 2015 as a project during college. At the beginning, the company offered personalized hats to nearby organizations and sports teams. However, as influencer gifting grew in popularity, the business expanded its product line to include a wide range of merchandise. Nowadays, Chubby Co Studio has the ability to source and design pretty much any product and serves many clients across various industries in Ireland and the UK.

PRODUCTION & SOURCING
During the past 8 years of our business, we have worked with suppliers from all around the globe, both good and bad. We have sourced some of the most random products you can think of and we are confident that we can help you find whatever you need.
The products we can source for you will depend on your requirements. If you want to create something new and unique, we work with high-quality manufacturers in Portugal and Turkey who can help you with full cut and sew services. However, this process takes time, with samples taking 2-4 weeks to create and bulk orders taking 40-60 days.
If you prefer something quicker, we have a great range of high-quality blank products that can be screenprinted and embroidered locally in London and Dublin. These products have a much shorter lead time of 7-14 days to get done and delivered.
