Chubby Co Studio was founded by Rowan Stacey in 2015 as a college side project making personalised hats for local sports teams. Ten years later, we've grown into a full-service design and sourcing studio working with some of the most recognisable brands in Ireland and the UK. From Red Bull and White Claw to Barry's Bootcamp and The Ned.
Our growth has been driven by our ability to create fully bespoke, unique products for each client. By working directly with manufacturers in Portugal and Turkey, we can make every product fully unique for each client. Custom fabrics, custom pantones, unique fits and original designs and graphics, fully tailored to your brand.
Alongside Chubby Co Studio, Rowan has built and run ecommerce brands from the ground up and worked with Irish unicorn Wayflyer to operate an ecommerce business, bringing real hands-on experience that goes well beyond merchandise. Based between London and Dublin, we work with brands, businesses, and creators who want to create unique and high-quality products.
Production & Sourcing
During the past 10 years of our business, we have worked with suppliers from all around the globe, both good and bad. We have sourced some of the most random products you can think of and we are confident that we can help you find whatever you need. The products we can source for you will depend on your requirements. If you want to create something new and unique, we work with high-quality manufacturers in Portugal and Turkey who can help you with full cut and sew services. However, this process takes time, with samples taking 2-4 weeks to create and bulk orders taking 40-60 days.
If you prefer something quicker, we have a great range of high-quality blank products that can be screenprinted and embroidered locally in London and Dublin. These products have a much shorter lead time of 7-14 days to get done and delivered.

We have extensive knowledge of the latest fashion trends and will collaborate with you throughout the entire process, from the initial concept to graphics and the final product. Our goal is to ensure that your products are unique and stand out from the competition.

Drop us a message with whatever you've got. A reference image, or just a rough idea. We'll take it from there. All our pricing is based on quantities, so the more you order, the better the price.
Concepting & Ideas
We explore references, trends and your brand to develop an initial direction so we're both aligned before anything gets designed.
Product Design
We create the graphics, mockups and tech packs. We will keep tweaking until you're happy with everything.
Production
We handle everything. Sampling, printing, embroidery, and quality checks. You just wait for the finished product.
Delivery
Once it's done, we package and ship straight to your door or warehouse.
